Jane Abrams paintings are dense, wildly colorful and emotionally turbulent landscapes of flora. She has been the recipient of many Artist in Residence Awards and a series of tropical flora were done in Costa Rica while at the Julia and David White Artist's colony.
Jane has been represented in hundreds of national, international, juried and one-artist exhibitions and her work is shown in the USIA London Embassy and seventeen University Museum collections. She has received two National Endowment for the Arts grants and in 2008 she had a solo exhibition at the Albuquerque Museum of Art.
