

Aaron Karp has lived and painted in New Mexico for the past 30 years and has exhibited extensively here and abroad. His style utilizes fractured fields of color and space, creating an unusual illusion of movement. They are dazzling, colorful works of art.
Karp has been awarded numerous residencies and awards, including the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant. His work is in many collections as well as the following museums: the Guggenheim Museum, NYC; the New Mexico Fine Arts Museum, Santa Fe; the Austin Museum of Art, Austin, TX and many others.
